Microsoft Windows 10 October Update might be re-released today

For Microsoft, the Windows 10 October Update did not really go down the way it was meant to be. Soon after Microsoft began roll out of the new version of Windows 10 on October 2, some users started reporting that the update ends up deleting some of their files. As a preventive measure, Microsoft decided to pull down that update before releasing a new version with a fix.
However, the new update turned out to bring a different kind of problem altogether. After installing the update, Windows 10 users started reporting that the update deletes their activation key. Now, since this issue came to light, Microsoft has stopped the update roll out and has not really confirmed when the October Update will be rolled out with all necessary fixes.

A new report now claims that Microsoft plans to release Windows 10 November 2018 cumulative update on November 13 as part of its patch Tuesday program. According to a tweet from user Adguard, there is a possibility of the October 2018 update being re-released alongside this cumulative updates. The details of re-release were supported by Walking Cat with a tweet that mentioned the roll out resumes soon.
The Windows 10 October Update is version 1809 and it succeeds the Fall Creators Update with version 1803. If Microsoft starts the roll out of October 2018 update this week then it is likely to commence in the form of a staged roll out. After the issues reported in the first two release, Microsoft is likely to offer the update to a handful of users for improved reliability.

.
Alongside the over-the-air update in a staged manner, Microsoft will also re-release the ISOs of the Windows 10 October 2018 update (version 1809) to those planning to make a fresh installation. The update brings a number of new features to Windows 10 including redesigned File Explorer with dark interface, a cloud-based clipboard, SwiftKey integration among other. Microsoft recently claimed that there are 1.5 billion active Windows users and more than 700 million of them are on Windows 10..
